Functional Medicine Overview
We believe that everyone has the ability, power and capacity to survive, thrive and live a meaningful and purposeful life. We believe that everyone can achieve optimal health and feel good throughout their whole life.
How we achieve optimal health is by seeking out, identifying and correcting root cause imbalances in and across all body systems. This is done in the context of the individual's specific genetic and environmental profile.
We create optimal health and vitality for people and their communities, because we believe it is key to achieve balance for each individual and the community in which they live.
Getting to the root cause of symptoms and supported patient engagement help us help you achieve optimal health and balance for a better quality life. Our goal is to partner with you on your health journey. Our mutual expectations will require a commitment and engagement of both patient and physician. Our relationship is personal and so is your health, so know that we look forward to working with you to help you celebrate your milestones, one step at a time.
There is a natural rhythm in our bodies that can be disrupted by food, lifestyle, hormones, and our environment. After treating aggravating factors and improving nutrition, we may recommend BHRT to create a sense of balance, and restore vitality and energy.
To thoroughly learn about your body and its condition, take the InBody Test. In less than 60 seconds, the InBody not only examines the compositions of your body, but also reveals percentage of body fat, muscle distribution, and body water balance components that are key in understanding your body.
